One sentence by email is enough: what, when, where. I add the event, and your visitors see it on the homepage.
You send the picture, I put it in the right place and fit it in. Old photos come out.
Bylaws, a menu, a sign-up form: you email the file, I put it on the page as a PDF to download.
You get a demo first.
I build your homepage as a demo before you pay anything, so you see what you get. Once we agree that I build it, you see it within 24 hours, 48 at most.
If it is not right, that is the end of it. You owe nothing.

The same scope. The monthly fee starts the day the site goes live.
The monthly price adds up to $1,188 a year. For that: the build, hosting, the domain and every change within 48 hours.
The domain is registered in your name. Your text and pictures stay yours, and you get them back. The site itself you can take over at any time for a fixed sum, stated in your offer and in the contract from day one.
Questions about price and contract
- When do I pay?
- Only after the demo, if you want the site. Masjids and community groups pay the first month before the build. Local businesses, clubs and associations pay the $500 setup fee before the build, and the monthly fee starts when the site goes live. Private individuals pay like masjids and community groups. You pay by bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe. $99 is the full amount. No VAT is added for customers outside Germany.
- How do I cancel?
- By email, or through the "Cancel a contract" link at the end of every page. Notice has to reach me 14 days before your paid month ends, otherwise one more month runs. There is no cancellation fee.
- What happens after I cancel?
- Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Your content, meaning text, images and documents, is available on request up to 30 days after the contract ends, in a common format. If you want to keep the site, you take it over for the one-off buy-out fee stated in your offer. If the offer names no amount, it is $1,490. If you do not take it over, the site goes offline.
Who you are dealing with.
I run ErtuKara on my own from Essen, Germany. I design the site, host it and make the changes, so the person you email is the person doing the work.
I would rather you judge a demo of your own homepage than a list of promises, which is why the demo comes before any payment. And you can leave any month: an email 14 days before your paid month ends is enough, no fee.
