Other clubs and associations, such as sports or cultural clubs, pay the local-business rate. Private individuals pay the rate for masjids and community groups.

$99 is the full amount. No VAT is added for customers outside Germany.

The monthly price adds up to $1,188 a year. For that: the build, hosting, the domain and every change within 48 hours.

The domain is registered in your name. Your text and pictures stay yours, and you get them back. The site itself you can take over at any time for a fixed sum, stated in your offer and in the contract from day one.

Taking it to your board? The demo and the written offer are what you show them.

A free demo of your homepage comes first. No minimum term: you can cancel any month; notice is 14 days to the end of the paid month.

New pages, a member area or a page structure developed from scratch are separate projects with their own price, which you know before I start.

Schools, academies and any site over 5 pages: I name the price after a talk.

Questions about price and contract

When do I pay?
Only after the demo, if you want the site. Masjids and community groups pay the first month before the build. Local businesses, clubs and associations pay the $500 setup fee before the build, and the monthly fee starts when the site goes live. Private individuals pay like masjids and community groups. You pay by bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe. $99 is the full amount. No VAT is added for customers outside Germany.
Why no setup fee for masjids and community groups?
Masjids and community groups are my focus, so I waive the fee for them. That includes a mosque registered as a nonprofit. Private individuals pay no setup fee either. Other clubs, associations and local businesses pay the $500 setup fee; the monthly price is the same for everyone.
How do I cancel?
By email, or through the "Cancel a contract" link at the end of every page. Notice has to reach me 14 days before your paid month ends, otherwise one more month runs. There is no cancellation fee.
What happens after I cancel?
Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Your content, meaning text, images and documents, is available on request up to 30 days after the contract ends, in a common format. If you want to keep the site, you take it over for the one-off buy-out fee stated in your offer. If the offer names no amount, it is $1,490. If you do not take it over, the site goes offline.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. You pay 10 months up front and get 12. That is $990 a year. In the first 30 days after paying you can end the year and get the unused part back. After that the year is fixed. After the twelve months the contract carries on monthly unless you pay for another year up front.
Who owns the site?
Your content is yours: text, images, logo, documents. The domain is registered in your name. The website itself you use for the term of the contract, and I host it. You can take it over at any time for the buy-out fee stated in your offer and then run it with a provider of your choice. If the offer names no amount, it is $1,490.
What if you are unavailable?
Your site keeps running. It sits on a server that needs nothing from me day to day and only changes when you ask for a change. Time off I announce 14 days ahead, at most 30 days a year. And your domain and your content are yours in any case; you can take the site over at any time.
What do I need to send?
The text and images that go on the site, your details for the legal notice, and the privacy policy from the generator I send you the link to. If you already have a website, send me the link. Counting from payment and your content, the site is online within three weeks.
Do I have to take care of the legal notice and the privacy policy?
Not the pages. I send you the link to a generator, you enter your details, and I set up the legal notice and the privacy policy as pages of their own and keep them current when something changes on your side. The site does not track and loads nothing from third-party servers, so it needs no cookie banner.
How long does the demo take?
You see the demo within 24 hours, 48 at most, counted from the moment we agree that I build it.
